It was great to have today off --and to do two things I love to do--swim and eat.  I have a CWRU family connection and use of the pool there.  And, I love the days I get to visit the campus and relive the college milieu.

The Charles H. Teare Trust auction catalogue has been posted and may be viewed online at www.aspireauctions.com. The items are from the estate of Charles Teare, of the venerable Brownstone Antiques of Cleveland Ohio. Mr. Teare was owner of the well know antiques gallery which started in Cleveland in the 1950's. Mr. Teare's collection is vast and varied, with a concentration on sculpture, French Empire and Biedermeier furniture, and Empire Style decorative arts.

This summer's Cleveland Public Theatre troupe has a production with all the right elements--a sword fight, mermaids, pirates and, of course, Captain Hook, Peter Pan, Wendy and Tinkerbell.

If you missed the magical performance in the beautiful Brooklyn Centre neighborhood--there are more performances scheduled.  Pack a picnic and bring the kids.

Thirteen Handstones By Gary Spinosa

Gary Spinosa's back at the non-profit Sandusky Cultural Center. The new show, Preconceived Objects, also includes Geoff Buddie, Elizabeth Emery, Jon Gott, Josh Haplea, Carey McDougal, Wendy Partridge, Emily Sullivan, and Chris Rom.
The opening's Sunday, April 15, but the show runs through May 20.
