Cleveland court clerk candidate is denied a fair hearing by city and Democratic leaders

Submitted by pavman on Sun, 10/02/2011 - 09:42.

http://blog.cleveland.com/letters/2011/09/cleveland_court_clerk_candidat.html   Political endorsements are important to the public. Voters respond to "Endorsed by the Cuyahoga County Democratic Party," or "Endorsed by Cleveland City Council," when they see those phrases printed on campaign materials. I can't blame them. Aren't these groups and organizations looking out for the good of the citizenry?

CHANGE NOW... Cleveland Municipal Court, Muni Clerk of Courts... HELP NOW...

Submitted by pavman on Sat, 09/17/2011 - 10:37.

Our campaign is going GREAT, and everyone I get to speak with LOVES my ideas... I've been on the east side, west side... but we need a little more to WIN this election.  I often read of bloggers complaining about what has happened to them.  This is the time to do something about it.  If I don't win, you'll have another SIX YEARS to complain about the current situation.  HELP NOW.

YEEHAW!!!

There was a time in history when hillbillies gathered in circles at every opportunity from cookouts to funerals to have a little Jamboree with the family. Grandmas grabbed the spoons, grandkids grabbed the harmonicas, Uncles grabbed the banjos, and Dad got on the washtub bass drum. Soon, there was harmony on the mountaintop with laughter and clapping that echoed across the valley.

Submitted by Oldroser on Tue, 07/12/2011 - 20:32.

TWDC sent out another announcement about the ODOT  updates, which are to be held monthly. This one gives very little time since the meeting is TOMORROW. Since they are to be held every month, it looks like it will always be on a Wednesday and at Sokolowski's. Tonight is only an hour, not two hours as it was last time. Text of the message follows.

No need to ask questions about rugosas, I have new information

Submitted by Oldroser on Sat, 06/18/2011 - 06:16.

I got an email from Jocelynn Clemings, Public Information Officer, about a letter that had been sent out saying that the proposed improvements to the eastbound section of I-90 from I-490 north and eastward to E 14th may necessitate right-of-way from my property and work crews may need to enter my property over the next several weeks to do survey and other work. It mentioned Jason Wise, ODOT's Project Manager, at 216-584-2144.

Commercial Vacancies throughout Cleveland: How do we inspire filling them with business investors?

Submitted by ANGELnWard14 on Thu, 06/16/2011 - 11:03.

What type of entreprenuers and business investments would you like to see in your neighborhood? Living in Cleveland has dramatically changed over the generations with it's dwindling population. Yet, a new generation of investments has been ongoing in downtown and along certain corridors like Detroit Shoreway, Ohio City, and Tremont which have definitely been a driving force of new economic development in Cleveland.

Fine Tuning Economic Development In Northeast, Ohio

Submitted by ANGELnWard14 on Sat, 06/11/2011 - 00:35.

If you want to consider strategies for "ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENTS" in NEO; I believe that first you must protect the public at large from abusive practices that are unjust. You must create a trustworthy environment that is not about pay to play politics. NEO has countless people who have been denegrated and denied equal access to resources in order to develop ideas, businesses, and to participate democratically. It's a hush-hush truth that cannot be denied anymore.
