I am the last office manager for Clark Metro developement corp. I left because the payment promissed me in my contract never came. Now no one knows how or where to get monies owed to me. Any one have an ideas?From what I have been told all the office supplies were sold off. Where did the money go? When I left there was still a lien aganst the lin omni building.

Clark Metro CDC/City of Cleveland.....Lin Omni
Dear Adam....You knew more than almost anyone associated with the "END OF CLARK METRO"...You have invaluable insider info...You did tons of research and know the answers to some of your own questions better than anyone else...I do not know how long you endured after open communication was severed due to events beyond our control. I absolutely know you were an invaluable and dedicated person during the period of 2009 after Davila and before CMDC Closed. CMDC was violated by the Councilmen of Ward 14 for way too long and the fact that there were actively engaged citizens who were passionately concerned about Ward 14 was obvious... But more than that...the fact that those citizens were steered out because of down right CORRUPTION was unacceptable. I forever remain offended, violated, and disgusted by the political violations of FEDERAL CDBG FUNDS that were deprived from our community due to unethical practices by the City of Cleveland at large. You put up a great fight, you served our community with a ton of heart and SACRIFICE far beyond anyone's comprehension, and you did your best amidst a regime of complete FRAUDS trying to abuse Ward 14 at higher echelons than the CMDC. You know deep dark secrets and I hope that you expose them... for what they were during your hunting expedition.... I wish you the best and pray that someday; the wrongs upon you are corrected... As the information that was "shared" during that time was "skewed"; I personally cannot answer your questions. You knew much more than any of us about the inside details of operations, assets, liquidations, and Executive Director decisions.

BY THE WAY.... It's nice to see that Mr. Lin is beginning to get caught up with his property tax arrears on the Lin Omni Building.... It would be a great sad day to see all that development get washed in our ward....
