Corrections and full details of the event at the Justice Center rally with Kathy Wray ColemanSubmitted by savcash on Thu, 06/23/2011 - 22:34.
Press Release: as to illegal arrest of activist Coleman at Sowell trial rally because of an illegal warrant by Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Lynn McLaughlin Murray, who seeks to sentence Coleman for allegedly resisting arrest in 2008, though it is unconstitutional because sole arresting County Deputy Sheriff Gerald Pace officer did not accuse her of it or testify at trail. Coleman says this is a clear example of case fixing by Judge Lynn McLaughlin Murray, and she seeks investigation by the Cleveland FBI and that protesters intend to rally to call for the removal of the Judge from the bench. Activist and Journalist Kathy Wray Coleman pursuant to chapter 2317 of the Ohio Revised code, calls on News channel 5 to correct it's story of Wed June 22nd, as to the illegal arrest of Coleman at the justice center at the Alleged Serial Murderer Anthony Sowell capital murder trail for violence against women. Where Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Lynn McLaughlin Murray issued an illegal warrant for Coleman's arrest in retaliation for the rally. Channel 5 falsely reports that Coleman did not show up for sentencing date of resisting arrest verdict issues by Judge Lynn McLaughlin Murray. This is not true, Judge Lynn McLaughlin Murray did not set a sentencing date. Judge Lynn McLaughlin Murray set a hearing date on May 11th for Colman and her atty to discuss another date for a hearing to get the illegal resisting arrest verdict thrown out. This is because the verdict came thru case fixing by former Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Kathleen Ann Keough , whom Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Lynn McLaughlin Murray replaced in Jan. by appointment of then out going Gov Ted Strickland. Though sole arresting County sheriff Gerald Pace did not accuse Coleman of arresting arrest, or testify or even file a complaint. Judge Kathleen Ann Keough brought in someone to testify for him, in violation of Ohio rules of evidence, and illegal jury instructions. Also Coleman only had( unlawfully) 2 days notice of the May 11th 2009 hearing by design and Kathy Wray Colman was out of town. But more importantly the local rules of the Cleveland municipal court require a bond forfeiture hearing before; that Cleveland Municipal Clerk of Court Earl B. Turner refused to give Colman. Colman was handcuffed after Cleveland Ward 9 Councilman and safety committee chair person, Kevin Conwell; said police said to leave the rally and to stop asking on behalf of the community what Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Michelle Earley brought Coleman before her today, 6/23/2001 and after hearing all of the illegalities from Coleman, and Colman asking if she had filed an affidavit prejudice against Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Lynn McLaughlin Murray - Judge Michelle Earley refused to release per a note McLaughlin Murray, and then sent Coleman to the workhouse jail in Highland Hills. Commenting from the workhouse jail ... -Coleman said that Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Lynn McLaughlin Murray issued the warrant the day of the rally illegally in bad faith, and this is this is a clear issue of violation of free speech under the 1st amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America; and case fixing. AND TO DETAIN HER IN JAIL SEVERAL DAYS UNTIL THE 28TH IS MORE HARASSMENT. " Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Kathleen Ann Keough and Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Lynn McLaughlin Murray obviously have no respect for the law and the free speech clause of the first adm. of the Constitution of America", said Coleman. I am asking that Channel 5 correct their report in cooperation with State law since it has made such a contribution to educate the community around the case of the Imperial murders, in a positive light, and fair reporting. Coleman said she is also being harassed in Berea court because of activists are seeking for state law in Ohio so that Ohio judges at all times can be assigned to cases by random. And activism around the Imperial murders and mortgage fraud and other activism. Coleman says she is also being harassed municipal court by a visiting retired Judge from Akron in retaliation for @ afore mentioned. In that case her former attorney Wayne Kerek, who is now suspended from the practice of law, lured her to Middleburg Heights in an in a failed effort to stop her from leading a protest at the justice center NOV. 10th 2009, for the imperial murders. They skipped the Middleburg Heights Mayors courts because Clev Mayor Frank Jackson is friends with Middleburg hts Mayor Gary Starr. After two Judges quit the case for impropriety and they removed Coleman's lawyer; the visiting judge is harassing Coleman. Trying to arrest her, says that she should come to trail without an attorney -who was removed just days before. Even tho this Judge was not officially assigned to the case at that time. Colman said she will also ask Bill Mason's office, and an employee there, also asks lily miller of to stop harassing her because she is black, female and a community activist in mortgage fraud and is showing racism. Miller is trying to mislead the community by posting on the Internet half truths and Coleman does want to have to sue her or the county for deformation, and therefore asks that she ceases and desists.
Coleman said she has no bond, but when she is released, she will do a five part series, titled: "JAIL ACTIVIST TELLS HER STORY". Community activists said they are planning a protest this next Tues the 28th, at 10Am on Lakeside entrance of the Cleveland Justice center on Coleman's behalf. And then be inside for support at the 11am court appointment. More updates later. Please call for more information, Ada Aderyheardt 216-751-5407 and Denise Taylor 216-548-3884 (if you have read elsewhere about Berea, please note.... In part so the facts are detailed - to make story neutral , channel 5 story is false; a notice went out to them for correction. Just so readers know; from Kathy: In Berea, that warrant is also illegal/ unlawful. The atty was driving the car, with Kathy as a passenger. He was pulled over, Kathy was taken to jail for not giving her name and atty Wayne Kerek (who now is suspended from the practice of law over other matters) was driven home. Berea has no jurisdiction because the case was supposed to be heard, in the Mayor's court where it originated. But it did not because of friendships between Mayors in Cleveland (Jackson) and Starr (Berea). That the officer did not accuse her of arrest and that this is a clear case of harassment of a black activist. OTHER Improper and unlawful going ons, like no judge was on the case, they took lawyer of the case, and told trial the next day. Above is As per Kathy Wray Coleman from the http://www.kathywraycolemanonlinenewsblog.com/2011/06/press-release-as-t... is the rest/full story.

This on behalf of and As per Kathy Colman:
Update, Coleman arrest rally at 9:30 Tues at Justice Center on June 28th & request Channel 5 to make correction. (Changed from 10 am) Correction to below report:
See Last Four paragraps as well for corrections. (of above news blog) shown below.
[Coleman said she has no bond in Cleveland, but when she is released, she will do a five part series, titled: "JAIL ACTIVIST TELLS HER STORY".
She has a $6,000.00 bond in Middleburg Heights from Atlas bonding, purchased prior. AND STILL DOES as no Bail bond forfeiture hearing PROCEDURE happened.
Judge Lynn McLaughlin Murray's bailiff (B.K.) defamed Coleman on Channel 5 news
and lied. It is highly unethical for a Judge to speak out about a case while it is pending.
Community activists said they are planning a protest this Tues the 28th , at 9:30 am on Lakeside entrance of the Cleveland Justice center on Coleman's behalf. And then be inside for support at the 11am court appointment]
