The tax lien law group sued the county fiscal officer on July 29 2013 for writs of mandamus and prohibition. Case number CA 13 100181. The county started collecting the attorney fees in addition to the tax cert payoff in mid may 2013 and this is a fight over attorneys fees and costs. The attorneys fees are not fixed but are contingent under the lakeview holding tax lien law group fee agreement. Lakeview does not owe attorney fees if none are collected; and owes only the amount the law firm gets in the lawsuit. See the problem???!!!
