Filed in federal court on 12/9/10, case number 2010cv02798, Frank Giglio vs Joe Cimperman, civil rights violation.
In addition, the Cleveland FBI office found sufficient reason to send an agent to the federal prisons to interview the inspectors involved in the citations of Giglio's house (some of the inspectors sent to prison on federal charges were also ones that had cited Giglio). One of the inspectors had written a letter to someone that stated "all I knew was they wanted it for the free way ramp". This was in response to the questions to him as to why Giglio was targeted.
Hopefully, this will all come out in the end, and as sordid as it is, the truth needs to be told.
I am happy to scan copies of the violations to this site, if an administator could receive them and attach them.
