The main user database is here -- this is the umbrella site that links all others together. I see it also being the repository for regional-level information.

Several different types of directories. One is the user directory or social network proper, where you can browse/search/connect with other users based on their interests, skills, regions, COIL participation, etc.

Another directory would be a listing of all COILs, filterable by region.

Directory of meetings/activities, by COIL and region.

Directory of resources? What are resources? Tied to COILs (yes), tied to regions (yes)?
