Disinvestment of Brooklyn Centre

I can't do much now, but let me tell you, I'm not happy with this!

Although only part of Brooklyn Centre is in Ward 12, I want the entire neighborhood to thrive for Ward 12West to thrive.  The current systematic disinvestment does a great disserve to the residents.  Together, we can undo the harm!
