An Ongoing Challenge:  Balancing Family, Work
and Community

 Martha Finn Brooks,
President of Alcan Corporation and President and CEO of Alcan Rolled Products
Americas and Asia, will share her experiences and philosophy on how one can
balance the many demands of family, work and civic involvement.  As a
mother of three children between the ages of 8 and 12, the President and CEO of
a $4 billion company, and an active member of numerous professional and civic
boards, Martha will talk about the challenges she has faced and how she has
managed to find balance in her life.
