I just had a heated exchange with my council representative. I had gone down to take a photo of his admirable snow hill, but we got sidetracked on silly matters. Meanwhile, Brian Cummins should be proud of his constituents. The whole neighborhood is abuzz with good will and residents helping their neighbors to shovel out of their driveways. Does this happen in Moreland Hills? I don't think so! So, to all of you snowbound people, looking for good neighbors, I say Ward 15 has it all, including one street plowed by a friendly neighbor with a pick up and snow plow.
