I got an email from a friend with the news that the Toledo Blade was carrying the story that Michael Stolarczyk, the $170,000 dollar head of the Toledo Port Authority suddenly resigned.

What does this make you think?

He could not sell his home

He could not sell his home in Columbus, he was staying in an apartment in Toledo…his family life was disrupted?

Toledo has The Toledo Metropolitan Area council of Governments.

They are developing their water front on the river in very big way.

Toledo is and has much more of an operation than Cleveland currently does.

Look at this map and locate Front street to the river is getting a development as large as or larger than our East Banks project. The bridge crossing at I-280 is getting a cable stay bridge at $275M.

That area is the city center of Toledo, that’s getting a marina with housing and entertainment on the river, it will also have cruise boats terminal to and from the islands docking there. It will have an ice-skating rink, shopping and office space as well as a hotel. If Issue three pass it more than likely will get a casino?
