Daffodil DaysSubmitted by lmcshane on Sun, 04/24/2011 - 09:48.
I was fortunate to be up early, both yesterday and today, to hear the robins and the sweet plaintive call of the white-throated sparrow. The Cleveland Botanical Garden hosted the American Daffodil Society show and the flowers may still be around for your enjoyment today. Devoted enthusiasts from all over Ohio arrived to Cleveland at 5:00 a.m. yesterday morning to set up and judge the show--which coincided with the morning Easter Egg hunt. Over 700 children and their families showed up yesterday on a picture perfect morning. Kudos to the amazing staff at the Cleveland Botanical Garden for their flawless execution of the BIG show and to the gracious ladies and gentlemen that comprise the American Daffodil Society. More photos to be attached.

Dances with the daffodils
Daffodils
Grace one of the trees down at the farm... They grow between the rocks that have been laid there through the years. They are beautiful... Happy Easter!
