Absolutely essential if we are to be seen as vibrant and attractive to the world - people like bling
If national TV cameras are rolling in the sky, for a major event attracting many eyes upon us, it makes sense
I like seeing the lights and I'm sure others do too, but we are in a recession and must conserve - seems a bit dim
I am committed to "Sustainable Cleveland 2019", however you define that, and that means unneeded lights out
Wasting millions of MWHs of scarce, polluting, expensive power to attract high flying UFOs and/or CEOs is alien logic
