Flowers which propagate by bulbs don’t spread very fast.   Maybe a few inches per year.  So here is a photo of a front yard which has 70 or 80 feet of intense crocuses.

Were they planted in a spread out fashion?  Or is the soil conducive to lateral propagation?

A phenomenal carpet of flowers – draw in your breath in wonder!
