One place I've always known is special to Cleveland and NEO is Mike-The-Hatter, on Prospect, so I was thrilled to have a reason to stop in the other day and buy a hat. The clean, organized small shop is a throw-back to times past when customers are discriminating, the staff is more than helpful, to expert, and the owner/manager is on hand and part of the experience. If you have a "team" hat of any kind, you are into hats enough to justify heading over to Mike's to add something special to your collection, and support a local institution of the best kind.
