Gus Frangos - president of the land bank - failed to pay property taxes for years on this shell LLC property.  Frangos salary is paid by the collection of delinquent property taxes!

The mortgage was never paid either!  Gus Frangos is saving us from the foreclosure crisis by contributing some of his  dumps to the foreclosure list.

Frangos wrote the book on delinquent property taxes and passed legislation to target other tax delinquent property owners.  Although Frangos wrote the book, HE NEVER READ IT!

 Gus Frangos was involved enough with this shell LLC - 1158 East 61st LLC- to the point of incorporating the LLC, signing for the suspiciously high mortgage, admitting to being a 'member' of 1158 East 61st LLC via his numerous signatures, hiring agent Ladon Ruffin to collect and hand over rent money, but when it came time to pay the property taxes and mortgage, well,,,,,,,,
