From a YELLOW flyer available at Dave's Supermarket:

Please join the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), the City of Cleveland Planning Commission and Ward 13 Councilman Joe Cimperman for a public meeting to review the proposed redesigned plan for the West Shoreway.

The City of Cleveland Planning Commission will be hearing the matter on Friday, January 9th  in Room 514 of City Hall.  For more information see

http://www.innerbelt.org and select the Lakefront West Logo.

Outcome of this meeting

I will most likely not be able to attend this meeting, but I would like to know whether ODOT actually factors community turnout into phasing the Lakefront West improvements? FTR, I personally would like to see this done sooner, rather than later, but how does it affect the completion of other segments of the plan?

The stated goal of the flyer* is to move up the project redesign of the exit and  off ramps at West 2th and West 28th St. from Phase 2 to Phase 1 of the timeline.

*Printed with no attribute--is it from Cimperman's office or OCNW? ODOT logo is used on the flyer, but no contact phone or address...looks like the work of a CDC...

Ban banners

I would like to see "designers" ban banners from their toolbox in 2009...
