When I listen to the "oldies but goodies" I often have to make comments.

Sometimes because of knowledge about the person's life, as in Johnny Cash singing "I Walk the Line" when I have to say,

"But you didn't, did you, John?"

Or changing times lead us to view things differently. When I hear Eddie Fisher singing "I'm Walking Behind You", now  I say,

"STALKER!"

When I hear "That's What You Get For Loving Me" the words (courtesy of www.asklyrics.com,)

"That`s what you get for loving me
Now there you go, you`re cryin` again
You should have known how things would end
But then some day when your poor heart is on the mend
I just might pass this way again"

I say,

"Please, don't do me any favors!"
