First - displace the "unsightly" middle-aged couple to "OLD" Brooklyn:

In May, Jim and Susan Mitchell sold Brickman their longtime home on West 20th Street for $50,000, according to property records. As part of the deal, Brickman found a replacement house for the couple and their son in Cleveland's Old Brooklyn neighborhood. The Mitchells are among a handful of families that agreed to move to make way for new construction.
