Steelwinds near Buffalo, NY back in Operation

Since the SteelWinds wind turbine project began construction on the slag piles at the abandoned Bethlehem Steel plant in Lackawanna/Hamburg, N.Y. the project has had a rough time technically, as explained here on Realneo.   Over the last month,  after serious repairs to gear boxes and blades, all 8 Clipper turbines have been operational. The image is a view from the Peace Bridge in Buffalo, NY.

Meanwhile, in Ohio, the Cuyahoga County Wind Energy Task Force,  led by Cuyahoga County Prosecutor  Bill Mason and assistant Steven Dever, hasn't encountered any problems with their plans to install wind turbines in Lake Erie, "about 3 miles off of Cleveland".

The County Prosecutor's Office also has not had any problems with prosecuting corruption in Cuyahoga County.  Corruption prosecution has been the FBI's job.
