The mood was upbeat on the street outside the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections.   Seemed well organized, with parking lots behind the Board and across the street in two or three other lots.  Signage was effective, a canopy covered the sidewalk in case of rain and a line of voters....

One older man was selling his home made Hillary buttons for $4.   Lots of Judge signs stuck in the sidewalk cracks.   

Watch out for the "Health Line" busses...their layout is crazy.
