30 days to appeal from date of citation - apply for music license each week as special project non-profit social service spiritual - and or a permanet license - if at all even needed since no fee paid to any  one and no fee to enter -

quest ministries or any church or non-profit can sign off -appeals cost i think about $75.00 - load bldg. appeals with many many etc.-

photos - many petions signed by neighbors etc. -  demand the councilperson advocate - the persons or enitys that complained is a matter of public recored at building housing etc. -

parking is a false flag issue because most folks the come are from the neighborhood and when we came we found a parking spot the side street across on the corner - and or request churches other places with parking if curbside can use -

file a complaint to the f.b.i and other law enforement that the law is being selectvly enforced because no donations pay offs bribes are going the elected officials and city emplyoees  etc. -

the word hillbilly has a bad taste for many that are prejudice - the truth is the most if not many are regular folks that enjoy them selves at curbside so the word has to get out that its not all so called hillbillys-
