The battle of Wolstein versus Forest City really becomes apparent in the Cleveland Flats.  This Thursday is the ribbon-cutting for a small segment of the trail meant to connect the towpath with the Lake via Whiskey Island.  It would make more sense to immediately connect via the East Bank of the Flats, but that would benefit Wolstein's half of the Flats.  And, and so it goes.

AND - if you do go to the event to celebrate (I will not be there Tim...so relax..but maybe Mitch Paul will be there?) BUY a drink and lunch at HOOPPLE's - an existing business (not tax-funded Merwin's Wharf).  Support local.
