Join in on the festivities and revel in the spirit of the Kokoon Arts Klub with the Cleveland Public Library. Established 100 years ago (1911), the Kokoon members created an environment to nurture their artistic talents. Events such as their annual Bal Masques were hailed as the social event of the season. It would transform local area hotels, dance halls, and auditoriums into glowing caverns filled with frolicking fanciful costumes. Experience an exhibit that pulsates with color, rhythm and energy as the Library celebrates the civic, economic, social, and artistic contributions of the Kokoon Arts Klub.
