Submitted by lmcshane on Wed, 10/28/2009 - 19:40.

It's not all gloom and doom--here are some uplifting images from a grey day in Cleveland.

(NOTE: RTA Healthline fare machines did not work in 2008 during my first sightseeing post and they still do not work today in 2009!)

As always, lmcshane, great pictures.

Thanks-for the support

It's all kind of silly--I desperately wanted to take photos of the kids on the RTA Healthline today, but I thought it would be rude.  One of the girls had fashioned cat ears for her hoodie.  So chic.  Beautiful girls, so young and au courant...with very little effort :)

sightseeing in the NEO countryside

Er, er, er, er, eeerrrr!

Celeriac in process.

Aurora branch of the Chagrin River on a cloudy day - Monday.

Different colors, colors nonetheless.

Stanczak's colors

I'm dying to see the Stanczak exhibit at MOCA (up until jan 10th)

The last time i saw his work was at CIA and I had to view it on two separate occasions because it made me nauseous and gave me vertigo.

the man is a genius!

MOCA's exhibit

The Julian Stanczak exhibit and the Hugging and Wrestling: Contemporary Israeli Photography and Video exhibit are especially well-counterposed for students of all ages.

There are some fabulous November events scheduled to highlight the exhibits.

A big Thank You to everyone

A big Thank You to everyone that posts photos on this site.  I really enjoy and appreciate them.  They are a welcome treat.

I second that

I second that W14R. These photos are making me re look the world around me and take in the array of colors and lighting that I usually wouldn't pay attention to. I am grateful for this.
