after we applied for the "cash' program that gave poor home owners a free grant to repair their homes in the 1970-80's - as they decided it would cost about $15,000.00 to repair our home at 782 brayton ave.

 - they said thats to much money and we can't give you a grant -

by that time the city inspectors had to have violations to give cash which they inspected our home -

so no money to repair - after an arson fire - and politics because i was-am speaking to truth to power for 40 years -

and after letters from some of the same folks adovacting not to demolish our home -

 and    chriss warren who worked at twdc (chriss is cleveland development director now - i like chriss) and twdc via chriss offered $2,000.00 for our home- and  twdc would repair it and own it -

and we said give us more money - they said no -  there more to our injustise - which i will post with documents-

so after a couple of years of fighting the corrupt    status qau - one day they demolished our home-

the cdc's like tremont west development all over this great country and not so great country did the same to millions

of poor home owners under the disguise of  'urban renew' which was realy ' gentrification"-

and the goverment hud inspectors went to ever cdc to investgaye them because of millions pf compaints-

tremont west development was found guilty of not paying the   federal deducted money to the goverment-

i don't recall the penalty - the local news did storys-
