Eric Brewer is correct - but I would go further than just seekina new school "Board" folks.   

The Cleveland School District is a complete failure and the only remedy is to dis-banded it - just like Samsung completely stopped making the Note 7 - Cleveland needs to close all their "schools" - overall they are unfixable and a waste of taxpayer's money.    Same with Detroit's schools - the only other large school district in the USA which is worse than Cleveland's.     To "fix" Cleveland, Cleveland must close.
