back ground -

791 and 787 starkweather ave. which are the mack family - john - jonathon - frank and others - females also - they have been trouble makers for decades - bullies

and have felonies and many misdemeanors and have bragged they have police relatives and or know police

and they have harressed me and a lot of others over the years - assaults intimidation etc. in tremont etc. and with loud muffler noise as they drive by  their hot rods by our home - stop and race the motor etc. and at times yell profanities threats etc. and then comm. sulzer and other police stopped them mostly

and they attacked ronnie hart - damaged his vehicle at 754 brayton across from us which i have video -

now when we go for our walk- security - and we go the professor starkweather way by lucky park - (sophia is so esp as she leads we don't go the same way every day)

twice a teenager-child  that evidently lives at the macks - can't tell if female or male as he or she goes and comes from the mack property - which is across from lucky park on  starkweather

and he or she has come by us and says " you have a nice dog man " and "you have a nice dog sir" - and i don't respone and hurray away -

and the first time sophia barked at the person as sophia supported my instinct that this is a set up using a child - i don't think its coincidence - as sophia alerted me also as sophia knows human behavior - secret agendas etc.

over the years this has happen many times from a to z - you know the game tom - police get it also - if some shadow law enforcement is using the macks and child or just the macks it should be a crime - the macks are friends of the 757 brayton criminal gang next door -
