I was a little disappointed to learn that artists have an opportunity to win a commission on a public art project, but I only just learned about it through an artist, who received a mailer on the opportunities. Not a great way to encourage international and student attention to Cleveland.

Perhaps, the competition was more widely advertised. If so, please let me know. Otherwise, the time available to enter is short.
