The 1904 Hodge Elementary School was converted into artist live-work space in the 1980s. Spacious sunlit classrooms were thoughtfully ‘built out' into residential units while maintaining maximum workspace. Most units still retain the original classroom design, chalkboards included! The cavernous hallways that once reverberated with the chatter of students now serve as exhibition space.

The Hodge School Community is creative, diverse, and ever-changing!
