No matter what our individual tendencies are we must understand them in order to
interact successfully with others. At our workshop you’ll start by gaining a
basic understanding of the theory of conflict management and strategies for
resolving conflict. The second step and main focus is to learn one’s preferred
strategy for dealing with conflict. This will be done be completing a personal
conflict assessment. The last step is to help participants apply the most
effective strategies in current and future conflict situations. Understanding
and dealing with conflict is among the major concerns of management. The
workshop will prepare you to solve problems by negotiating the issues more
frequently to a win/win conclusion so you can turn conflict into
opportunity!
