frank day was the cuyahoga county recorder in the 1950 's and was our low income familys good friend and frank was my mothers best friends gentleman friend as we lived in tremont and as i recall frank talking about politics  the stuff that is illegal today was legal back in those days or as they thought - frank was indicted and or received bad pubicity for a scandal of corruption that he used county employees to do work for him on his home and others as i recall- frank resigned from being county recorder which as i recall he was for many years-

frank was always very nice to me and our family and was one of the elite in my life that left a image of being able to raise above the slave image of being poor low class - at one time frank attempted to convince my mother that he could arrange for me to go to west point military academy which i presume my mother didn't follow through because of the slave mentality that we weren't good enough-

i recall franks 1955 ford fairlane two door hard top red and white - as he took us for rides and is was a thrlll - frank was rough looking drinker but always gentle to us-

i don't think frank forgot were he came from - of being disadvantaged and  and helped others that were disadvantaged - and he helped him self to the point of being illegal-

i presume the dimoras and russos and catanias are not unlike frank if you know them personaly -

all i know is when i requested help for disadvantaged folks from dimora and russo a few times over the years i didn't receive a call back- and catania wanted to murder me and others in tremont- and still may want to -

although dimora when he was mayor of bedord or bedford hts. i called him to request help to store  two manufactured homes that  were donated to to quest ministries to show the city of cleveand and others were disobeying federal laws and not making them availibale for the most affordable homes  (see posts on realneo.us) (and the letter the f.b.i. sent me posted on realneo.us) and dimora said i could store them at the city garage property and i had then towed and months later they were destroyed  by gun fire and stuff crashed into them - which i presume because m. homes are made by non-union manufactures and dimora and the unions (goddess bless the unions - i'm pro honest union) wanted to send a message to me and the corrupt enitys that didn't want very affordable homes for folks that no one could realy make any money from - and if the usual suspects obeyed federal laws tens of thousands of m. homes could have been on lots and tens of thousands and more familys wouldn't be victim to the corrupt banks and savings loan -  no corrupt land bank then - and i was told one reason for the land bank was to control vacant lots so folks couldn't buy in case for m. homes - to make sure no " grapes of rap"

i'm lucky to be alive and not murdered - wonderfull dennis kucinich called me altruistic - which is great compiment - since dennis is also -
