Chris Ronayne paid a freelance writer to push the  $7M STUDY for his Detroit Shoreway boondoggle.

 

A new $7 million federal grant puts in motion a proposal to reopen the 3,100-foot long section spanning the Cuyahoga River as a “Low Line” public park — with bike paths, pedestrian walkways, art and other attractions akin to New York City’s High Line.

 

With less MONEY - Cleveland Metroparks actually BUILT a major portion of the Red Line Greenway
