The FBI recruits at all levels (undergraduate, graduate, experienced professionals) and hires individuals with a wide variety of educational and professional backgrounds. It took me two attempts at Phase 2 to pass. The first time through, I was on the "Fast Track".

At that time, computer technologists with accounting back ground were hard to find and we were on the critical list (if only I spoke a foreign language too!). Although it had been my dream as long as I could remember, because I was passing everything so fast, I was cocky and did not due much preparation. Needless to say I tried to wing the interview and failed. That was quite the wake up call.
 
I waited the year, and took Phase 2 for the second time. This time around I prepped for the interview.
 
The interview can be the easiest portion of all the testing, if you take the time to prep. You don't want to wait a year to try again like I did!

Please tell us your view on the St. Hermans events. 

As for the header image, there is a gallery on Realneo were the banners can be posted and described and commented upon.  It is the last pull down menu item under the "community of interest links" when you are posting a blog. 

Maybe you can tell us what is up in today's banner?

Guy, this gun collection thing is a pretty big news item.   On Cleve.com, etc.   When you discuss the situation with St H, maybe you could use the same level of data accummulation as you used at Lincoln Park over the last few months.  You get  my gist.  Original Content.
