I cannot be there physically-but I will be there in spirit! I hope that they learn to respect folks like you who've been subjected to corrupt jerks who violated your rights. May God Bless...perhaps these type of social injustices will not be "tolerated" in the future because of the connections of the corrupt being eradicated and the others being held to a level of transparent accountability that forces them to be on the UP-n-Up!!!

This morning Sammy Catania's pre-trial was again re-scheduled (at Defendant attorney's request). However, due to the speedy trial rights, the attorney would not agree to sign a waiver - which would make it a requirement to hold the pre-trial in October. So, at this point the next pre-trial date is set for October 20, 2010, at 3:00 P.M.

This morning Sammy Catania's pre-trial was again re-scheduled (at Defendant attorney's request).
