Oh, I understand now. This is something the "young, talented, and educated professionals desire."
I wonder how I could word something to make it 'necessary' to make the neighborhoods a place where people would like to walk, or bike, or run; you know, a world-class area? Just think how that would improve the quality of life of city residents...all residents...not just a select few.

My guess would be the in-house "she" candidate would be Patti Stevens, which might explain the curious CAMBA support of Russo's involvement...
