Greetings!
I am writing to invite you, your colleagues, and friends to the What's The REAL DEAL About Masculinity? Community Celebration on Saturday, November 1, 2008 2:00-6:00 pm at the Case Western Reserve University's Student Center (Thwing Hall) 11111 Euclid Avenue Cleveland Ohio.
The event is free and open to everyone of all ages, and will feature youth performances and speakers.

We will kick off the celebration with a behind the scenes look at the making of MANchild and hear from the Scenarios USA contest winner Earlaina Kemp about her experience filming with a Hollywood director. Scenarios youth will also read and share from their writing submissions and talk about their role in the production.

And there's still time to sign up a student to present/perform at the event. We are encouraging all young people to share - a poem, a rap, essay, a dance, etc. - about masculinity. There will also be open mic time available for those who don't sign up in advance. We are going to have a very relaxed, safe and supportive environment!
