Winter 2018- Save Wirth House and Belz House

  It has now been over 10 years since Sheryl Hoffman proposed demolition of Wirth House and Belz House using federal CDBG funds.  As we go into another long Cleveland winter, I hope that the current Art House director Lila Voss will find a way to capitalize on the character and potential of these two buildings.

Tim Ferris, one of the champions for the adaptive reuse of the buildings, died this year.  His vision for the renovation of the properties included a partnership with Sherwin Williams.   It would be a fitting tribute to Tim Ferris to save these buildings.  We need color in Cleveland - please see https://www.ontario-travel-secrets.com/kensington-market-toronto.html

Take my name off of this email listing. I will resume membership once your organization unloads Sheryl Hoffman.  She illegally used federal CDBG funds in the acquisition of Wirth House in Brooklyn Centre.  I spent many years trying to undo her damage to the Brooklyn Centre neighborhood that is within the National Heritage Area.
