The corruption that is taking down the European Union is being played out in NEO:

If you come in with €200 million to invest, the government claims it will help you cut through the bureaucracy. A penny less and you're on your own in the labyrinth.

The new labyrinth for "investors"?  The Land Bank--get your ticket to hell....

You want your roads fixed?  Fat chance. But, hey, at least we still have some sidewalks to ride our bikes on in the CITY.
