I wasn't able to see anything using the link you posted, but this: "Do you think Sarah Palin is qualified to serve as Vice President of the United States?" worked.

My first few votes failed upon clicking Submit:

'err: User 'netmgr' has exceeded the 'max_user_connections' resource'

Our systems are not built to handle everyone really speaking their opinion? OR, this is what happens when people with vested interests write scripts to game the polls.
