(THXS - JB - doesn't the image above make you wistful for YOUTH :)

Sunday People

There is a great film available from the library - showing prewar Germany - entitled People on Sunday.

Billy Wilder was part of the production and later came to acclaim in Hollywood.  I visited the art museum today and it was bustling with families enjoying the day and it made me appreciate SUNDAY - a day to spend enjoying the fruits of our labor.

kids crafted horse puppets today to celebrate the zodiac exhibit and Year of the Horse

So, why do we not know a good thing when we have it?  It made me think of David Franklin - he threw the legacy of a beautiful museum down the drain with his careless behavior. So many things that CAN go wrong - but the museum - for now is something gone RIGHT :)

Visit and enjoy the melting pot of cultures - today was a smorgasboard (haven't used that word in a while :) -for more photos see attachments above.
