The Ohio Society for the Elevation of Kites (OSEK) [1] had a perfect afternoon at Edgewater - north west wind, puffy clouds, warm sun.  I saw kite types I had not seen before, including several rotary kites like this ribbon kite.  ohio society for the elevation of kites Edgewater Cleveland Ohio 9.12.10
