In partnership with Facing History and Ourselves, Julie Chavez Rodriguez, Programs Director for the Cesar E. Chavez Foundation and granddaughter of Cesar Chavez, will present a free Public Forum the evening of February 11 - Perfect Participation: The Legacy of Cesar E. Chavez Today and Tomorrow [1]. Through her personal experiences, she will discuss her grandfather's legacy, the values that embodied his work and their implications in today's society, and how each one of us can make a difference. This event is free and open to the public, but registration is required. Reserved seats are also available and include admission to a private reception with Ms. Rodriguez following the Public Forum.
