
Theoretically - City of Cleveland has ordinance on books that would put electric wires underground - but that is too much work and when old poles rot, well then, CPP will replace, but has issues w/other stuff attached to their poles and this is the result - GOOD ENOUGH!!

On Chestnutdale - with demo'd RESIDENTIAL properties mysteriously now zoned COMMERCIAL-INDUSTRIAL ! [1]
