[1]I personally believe that this $75 Million of Grant appropriated funds is the key to understanding how and why Rokakis never got federal time....he had the pen and paper in hand to negotiate the local region getting these funds...and he used it as a tool to stay out of jail....GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD...divisively used to build MILLION DOLLAR HOMES for the POOR....wow........If you cannot read between the lines; shame on you!
