Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Cuyahoga County Land Reutilization Corporation will hold a special board meeting at the location, date and time listed below. This meeting is open to the public pursuant to Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.

April 26, 2013; 10:00 A.M.

PURPOSE: 

Agenda will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

 

Hopefully the issues with Hypocrite Con Artist Gus Frangos- President of the Cuyahoga County Land Bank- hiding property behind numerous LLCs,  tax [1] delinquent foreclosure auction [2], tax delinquent property, foreclosures [2] on shell LLC's,  and nuisance property that looks like a war zone will be addressed.

The board also needs to address the Cuyahoga County Land Bank giving property to connected out-of-state flippers, and the county land bank giving property to those that are tax delinquent.

The board should look into Jason Brooks and figure out why his numerous out-of-state LLC investor/flippers are the main beneficiaries of taxpayer property and why Jason Brooks is the preferred contractor.

And most importantly, the board should vote to remove Gus Frangos as President of the Cuyahoga County Land Bank - effective immediately.

Gus Frangos is unethical and his conduct is a direct conflict of interest with the Cuyahoga County Land Bank's mission.  

 

Gus Frangos scams have  created a disruption within the Cuyahoga County Land Bank, and I will continue [1] to DISRUPT IT until Frangos is removed.

 

Taxpayers need to wisen up and demand an end to Gus Frangos' collection of a six figure salary - paid by the collection of delinquent property taxes [1] while his shell LLCs are or were tax delinquent for years.

Contact the land bank board members today and demand the removal of Gus Frangos:
