The copyrighted image of the West 3rd Street Lift Bridge in Cleveland, Ohio (above) was first published  by Realneo.us on June 29th, 2010 [1].  

Today, the Cleveland Call and Post uses the Realneo image here [2]   (without permission, attribution, or link)   along side numerous Call and Post web advertisements.
