This past week going by Frank's yard I saw that it had been ploughed and he was looking around it kind of concernedly. I don't know Frank--have just met him a couple times. But I'm wondering if anything can be done by the community to help him fix up his other house next to this yard so that he can move in again? I think what the city did in demolishing his other house was not correct. I'd be happy to help volunteer in a rehab action on the house to help him move back in.
