Like most people, I haven't really had time to fully digest the new and improved Cuyahoga County government, but it just seems to be getting soooo much bigger and better! Right?
BTW--Bob Dyer from the Akron Beacon Journal is p'oed about sound walls, too. [4] So, now I am not the only one. What IS going on at ODOT 12 these days [5]??
