Tasting a little like asparagus, fiddle head ferns [1]are a delicate treat. Whole sale prices are about $8.00/lb, so serving these vegetables is more expensive than spinach - but about the same as ramps. Perhaps I will get back here with more exotic recipes, but a little steaming, or sauted in a tiny bit of butter and bon appetit!
